Our produce is very fresh because we are constantly receiving fruits and vegetables from local farms, and we package your order the day of delivery to ensure everything is as fresh as possible. This means your produce will never sit in grocery bins for a long period of time.

Where does the produce come from?
Amy’s Fresh Delivery is proud to support the Florida economy by working with local farmers. If the freshest items are not available locally due to unforeseen circumstances we will source your order from other small farmers in the United States.

Depending on the type of basket you select, there are many different items you may choose to customize your order.

What kind of commitment is involved?
The beauty of Amy’s Fresh Delivery is there is absolutely no commitment at all; you have complete control. Orders may be placed for a one-time delivery or you may set up a recurring service for every week of the year. If at any time you would like to cancel, it’s as simple as visiting our website.

Where does Amy’s deliver?
We are currently delivering to parts of Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties; please see this map of our service area. If you are not within our current service area, please let us know. We’re excited to expand our delivery area as we grow.

When will my delivery arrive?
We deliver on Mondays through Thursday every week. Your zip code will determine which day your produce will be delivered.

How often will I receive my basket?
You may place an order for one time delivery or recurring weekly service; you can always make changes via our website.

How do I change my order?
Registered users can change their order via our website as many times as needed, until midnight the Friday before Monday and Tuesday deliveries, and until Sunday at midnight for Wednesday and Thursday deliveries. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

How can I pay for my delivery?
Amy’s Fresh Delivery accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Your card will be charged before your delivery arrives.

What if I’m not home when the produce arrives?
There is no need for you to be present to receive your order; simply let us know where to leave your delivery, and freshness will be waiting for you when you arrive. Amy’s reusable cooler bags contain an ice pack to ensure all contents remain fresh and cool.

How long will my delivery maintain freshness if left outside?
Amy’s reusable cooler bags contain an ice pack to ensure your contents remain cool; this is the best way to guarantee the freshness of your basket. We urge all first time customers to purchase two bags with your first order. If the temperature is very hot, you may also want to leave a cooler out or let us know if there is a shady place you would like us to leave your delivery.

Does Amy’s deliver to other locations besides homes?
Of course! We deliver to individual homes, condos, apartments and businesses. Sometimes it may be more convenient to receive your delivery at work, or maybe you would just like to surprise your co-workers with a basket of healthy snacks. Anywhere you would like to receive the freshest produce available, we can make it happen.

What if I go on vacation?
Simply let us know a week in advance and we will stop your service for as long as necessary.

How do your prices compare to buying from a grocery store?
Our prices are generally less expensive than buying from major grocery chains. Also remember, when you include the cost of transportation and the value of your time your savings are greatly increased.

Does Amy’s Fresh Delivery offer other products besides produce?
We are always discovering unique items to offer for delivery! At the moment we are focusing on seasonal items such as a large pumpkin for Halloween, or fresh wreaths for Christmas. We are currently looking to expand this service, so please contact us with any products you would like delivered with your order and check our website for special offerings.

Do you guarantee your service?
We stand behind our product 100%, and strive to provide the freshest produce available. In the rare event that an item is not at its peak, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery and a replacement item will be included with your next order.
